I work across frontend, mobile, and cloud infrastructure — but I'm deepest in React and the platform tooling around it. Right now I'm the primary engineer behind the frontend web platform at DIPS, where 100+ developers ship healthcare software through architecture and pipelines I built. I like turning complex problems into things that feel simple.
Frontend web platform for Norwegian healthcare
As the primary engineer, I designed and built Pilar — a multi-team Next.js monorepo serving as the modern frontend web platform for DIPS Arena, the EHR system used across Norwegian hospitals.
This meant owning the full stack of frontend platform concerns: the delivery pipeline with daily automated production releases, ephemeral preview environments per pull request using ArgoCD and Helm, custom Turborepo remote caching on Azure, monorepo tooling, and the architectural patterns that let 100+ developers ship features independently through a shared codebase, design system, and deployment pipeline.
The work spanned both technical execution and organizational design — defining ownership boundaries, deployment governance, and contribution models that balance developer velocity with the reliability demands of patient-facing software in a regulated healthcare environment.
